If coming from the north, take 114 south into Bristol. Follow 114 until you come to a fork when you see the water. Take the right fork. Just past the construction project, see the Thames Street Landing parking lot on your left. Harbor Bath and Body is at the entrance to Thames Street Landing.

If coming from the south, take the Mount Hope Bridge to 114 north. Stay to the left and follow the road as it curves around along the water. At the corner of State St and Hope St (there is a Dunkin Donuts and Citizens Bank) in the center of town, take a left. Go one block and take a right. The Thames St Landing parking lot is on the right. Follow the directions above.
